I placed an order for a print you had listed and the order was cancelled after my payment information was given. If you had labeled the item wrong you should at least honour your sale. But you didn't. You made a mistake and I paid the consequences. You cancelled because profit trumps honour.
Please take me off your listing and never contact me again. THE ANSEL ADAMS GALLERY (12/20/2015) -- As we explained in our email to you. There was a system malfunction resulting in our pricing being off by 400%. Your monies were promptly refunded and you were offered a significant discount for a future purchase. Sometimes things go wrong and we did our best to provide alternatives and a store credit.
